REFUND POLICY

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product kindly return the merchandise NEW and UNUSED in its original packing box within 30 days of shipping and we gladly refund your purchase less a 20% restocking fee, and shipping fees.

Before sending back your shipment a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be approved, by calling our offices, NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE REFUNDED UNLESS THIS RMA IS APPROVED.

Harvest Kitchen and Bath feature a "NO HASSLE" LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use.

Do not ship merchandise back to Harvest Kitchen and Bath without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.


ALL RETURNS MUST Arrive back in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories and in resalable condition.

Have return instructions and an RMA number from a Harvest Kitchen and Bath representative.

Merchandise must be shipped back to Harvest Kitchen and Bath at your expense within 30 days of receipt.

After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made. Make sure to include RMA form with copy of original invoice.

If a return is made to Harvest Kitchen and Bath without a Return Merchandise Authorization (if you do not inform us of the return before you make it; or if you refuse goods that were to be delivered to you without going through our return process) then Harvest Kitchen and Bath will charge an extra 15% return processing fee on top of the general restocking fee.

If a customer makes a chargeback on a credit card, Harvest Kitchen and Bath reserves the right to charge an added 15% Dispute Fee.

SHIPPING DAMAGE To report shipping damage, call us at 1 (866) 421-0833 Please include your name, your order number and a description of the damage. If there is internal damage non-visible, discovered after acceptance of delivery you must contact us within 48 hours so a claim can be filed with Fed Ex.


WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, please contact us via email at sales@harvestkitchenandbath.com or (866) 421-0833 within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.

We will provide an RMA number and instructions on how and where to ship item(s) back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct merchandise to you.


RETURN CREDIT Please allow up to 10 business days from the time Harvest Kitchen and Bath receives youre returned item to process the return.


DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, contact us at or call (866)421-0833 within 48 hours of receiving the product and Harvest Kitchen and Bath will replace the item.

We will issue an RMA and give instructions to ship back. Merchandise returned as defective which are found not to be defective are subject to a 20% handling charge. If the item is a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the merchandise. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.


GENERAL RETURNS MOST ITEMS CARRY A 15% restocking fee. Minimum Restocking fee is $10. If Harvest Kitchen and Bath ships your order undamaged and you wish to return it for reasons not specified above, freight and handling charges back to us will apply

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks.

Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check.

To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Note that if a personal check is used we cannot ship until the check has cleared our bank

==CREDIT CARD POLICY== If an item has a lead time, we will use our best efforts to advise you of any potential lead times and get your consent on a lead time before charging your credit card. Or, we will send you an email in case we do not get you on the phone.

If we know that an item has a lead time, in order to secure this item for your order,we will need to charge your credit card.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping is free to street addresses in the lower 48 United States on orders exceeding $100 in value.




Free shipping is for regular ground shipment via Fedex or other common carrier. For shipments that are outside the free shipping area or do not meet the $100 minimum, shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping




charges associated with each item where they apply. Any expedited shipping will require additional charges. Please call us for details.

Our sales staff reserves the right to add additional charges for areas where the shipping company adds additional charges, you will be notified before your order is processed to accept or deny charges.
